Solleron put its attention and resources in developing state-of-art product continuously.  Our aiming is to provide total solution in case and system for hi-end product.  For up-to-date product, we have two major product line, PC case and Server case.  ATX-56* series is our micro ATX case which meets requirement of CAG 1.1 for 3.06GHz CPU performance.  ATX-588B series is for hi-end PC which fulfills the requirements of heat dissipation and easy maintenance. Server chassis is spot line of our product line this year.  Solleron introduced both rack mount and pedestal convertible version, 5U series, is modularizing, various HDD combination and optional parts to conclude the configuration from single CPU to Quad CPU and from STD ATX, Extended ATX to QUAD 13”X16” quad CPU M/B.

Solleron has strict RMA policy to customer.  Basically, Solleron provides 1 year warranty from delivery for all products.  If there is any problem for customer finding some problem in shipment, Solleron will cooperate with customer to analysis the problem and handle together.  For standard process of the treatment will be 3R policy which are Repair, Replace and Return.  Instead, customer may choice 0.5% spare parts for service-free.

Currently,  Solleron’s product does not have any limitation or market territory worldwide, you can buy and re-sell anywhere. However, Solleron may reserve the rights to release the exclusivity to any one of company as sole agent or distributor.

Solleron welcomes ODM/OEM projects with all customers. Solleron has many years experience in serving ODM/OEM projects with customers.  It is surely that customers will be quite satisfactory to Solleron professional ODM/OEM services.

Solleron’s policy is to serve customer with small profit, therefore, we strongly recommend the customer to take 40ft container or even 20ft container as our MOQ. However, for some high-value product such as hi-end server chassis will be out of such requirement, please call to ask for MOQ for those related products.

Solleron is now providing the service to integration the consignment per customer’s requirement under official regulation.  The service of integration may include PSU, FDD, cable, FAN and some specific electronic parts.  The service charge will subject to the quantity, skill, methodology, equipment and specific requirements.
